Outlook contacts

I have a contact saved in outlook 2000. When i write an email and type the name of the contact in the to field i get a red zig zag line under the name. All my other contacts recognise the names as email addresses saved in the address book except for this one.

I've tried restarting outlook and re-creating the contact but nothing works.

Does anyone know what this problem is?

This is normal behavior. The red wavy line means that there is more than 1 possibility for what you have typed. While the red wavy line is present, click the Send button - you will be prompted which of the possible choices you actually want. Then you'll be able to see which multiples Outlook is finding.
