A user has, among many problems that are now fixed, an issue when trying to sync her contact list to her palm. She recently got a new PC w/XP Pro (Outlook 2002). The contacts she have in the palm are prior to the new PC. She is also using chapura for the Outlook components. Anyone knows why her contact list would not update/sync on her palm even when I select "PC to overwrite Palm" for the contacts? Your help appreciated.
