Outlook Contacts Import

I'm trying to import Outlook contacts from an Access table. Everything seems to come accross fine except for the Notes field. I've set it up to map to the correct column in the Outlook import. I've tried to import it with the Access database using that column as a Memo field and Text field with no success. Any suggestions, or am I forgetting something? Both are 2000.
