On each client computer, you need to go to the options, choose the profile and change the address book order.

Create a Personal Address Book
- On the Tools menu, click Services.
- Click Add, and then click Personal Address Book.
- Type a name for your address book or accept the default.
- Click OK, click OK, and then restart Outlook.

Change the Addressing Settings of Your Outlook Profile
- On the Tools menu, click Services, and then click the Addressing tab.
- In the Show This Address List First box, click Contacts.
- In the Keep Personal Addresses In box, click Personal Address Book.
- Click OK.

Find the TO button when you are writing a message (Reply or New one)(right on the left of the email address), click it and the window you will see after clicking it will give the choice of looking for people in AD or address book. A+, MCP, CCNA
