Outlook Contacts Disappeared

Hey Guys & Gals,

Hope all is clicking good.

Did an Desktop Manager upgrade, created new profile under Outlook 2003, remapped it at DM software & sync. After a while, user noticed her contacts had completely disappeared from her Outlook client & are now residing in her handheld only.

What gives? I'm looking around.

Thanks in advance if you've seen this before.
