Outlook Contact Problems

I am trying to send emails to several users through the New Message>To>Select names option. My problems lies when scrolling down to view and select other reciepients using the scroll down arrows in the window. It locks up and I get an exception error...don't have the error number on me right now but looked earlier on MS website but nothing specific.

Yep. First thing to try when stuff goes wrong in Outlook is detect and repair from the help menu.

Thanks for your help....I am just going to reimage the PC and start from scratch....
