Exiting employee needs to send entire contacts folder
to another user. User will then combine the contacts folder. Can this be done?

Its been a little while since Ive played with contact lists, but can't they have multiple contact lists and just not combine them. Also, what version of Outlook?

Scratch that - it's all smoke and mirrors.

I assume this is Outlook and not Outlook Express. In Outlook you can go to the File/Import and Export... menu item. Select "Export to a file", then "Comma Separated Values (Windows)". Select the Contacts folder, browse to someplace handy to put the exported file. Email the file as an attachement to whoever needs it. They can put it someplace handy, then use an analagous process to import it. It could be put in a new folder or merged into the existing Contacts folder.
