Outlook contact as attachment shows up blank

When I attach a contact to a e mail using outlook contacts, the recipient always e mails back that it showed up blank.

The contact information is not blank when I open the contact or when I open the contact as an attachment before sending or from my sent list.

Any suggestions?

Is the recipient another Outlook user, and are they based in your organisation or are they external?

First question I can't answer; second question, they are external.

it may be that they are not Using Outlook, perhaps Lotus Notes, or perhaps another version of outlook to yourself, it might be worth checking that out, as perhaps whatever email client they use does not support the format your contacts are in when sent from outlook. Unfortunately I use Lotus Notes so can't really help.
