outlook: connection failed!!

I have two accounts on outlook express. Both use the same email server. One works with no problems, all of a sudden the other one doesn't work. This has been working for about a year. Can anyone give me a clue.

I have found the problem. Somehow that user id had the server inciming and outgoing names changed to the localhost address. I installed a new virus scan pgm and maybe that did it. ???
