Outlook closes for no reason

We have a number of NT(6a) machines running Office XP(SP2) on a TCP/IP network. On most of these machines Outlook closes on a regular basis for no reason. The users don't even have to be in Outlook.

Has anybody come across this problem?? It doesn't happen to users on Windows XP, or NT users with Office 97/2000.
