We are having a problem on one machine running Win2K/Outlook 2000 through MS Exchange Server. Each time the user types in one paticular name and clicks on the 'check names feature' Outlook closes itself down. The problem only happens when the one paticular name is typed in but works fine with any other name. Any steps to go about troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

Outlook closes after using the check name feature.

If it's correct to say that other users can successfully "check names" on the same name in question then I would suggest re-installing outlook on the client with the problem.
