Outlook Client issues with NG

I have taken over the security administration for my company. I am running a CPNG FP2 on Nokia IP300. There appears to be some issue with MS Exchange Outlook Client UDP new mail notification - it does not work with Hide NAT on the Client. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what was fix (in plain english as I am not up todate on how to get around the Nokia box.

Is the client not on the same network as the Exchange server? What's the layout and what rules do you have in place for access to the mail server?
