Outlook Clearup

I run a number of Outlook courses (predominantly 2000) and at the end of the course have to clear the contents of Inbox, Calender, Contacts, Tasks etc as well as deleting Rules, OOOA, Personal folders, Autosignatures and resetting permissions on the Calender etc....

Apart from deleting and recreating the mailbox account (which is a bit too drastic) does anyone know of a way that the mailbox can be reset - for example through VB code
