I am deploying an msaccess database that users will open through Citrix. Part of the functionality of the db involves creating and sending an email message. The code works when I execute it on my machine where outlook is installed locally.
However, when I execute it in Citrix, it crashes and gives me an "exchange server not available" error since in Citrix.
Is there a way to get around this? Has anyone encountered a similar problem?

You will need to install Outlook and configure for running on the server. Unless you redirect, although I am sure you cannot do it for outlook.

I'm also keen for this solution.

Anyone got any updates

Our Citrix administrator was able to get this going by making some changes to the employee Outlook/Citrix profile settings in the Citrix environment.
