One of my users is getting a Dr. Watson error in Outlook. This error occurs when the user tries to print more than 1 document at a sitting.

The user has Outlook 2000, as part of Office 2000 Premium SR-2.

I have the full Dr. Watson log entry but here is the beginning header for space reasons on this board:

Application exception occurred:
App: (pid=944)

Unfortunately the Dr. Watson log doesn't really tell you anything pertinet to resolve your issue.

Here are a couple of suggestions which may help you shed some light on narrowing down what is causing the issue.

Use REGMON and FILEMON from to monitor the registry and file activity when perfoming the operation. You may find what file or registry setting is causing the error.

Another tool which may help is DEPENDS from which also monitors all DLL file dependencies.

One other item I just though of is the OUTLPRNT file which is the file that controls the Outlook Print function. I would make sure the file is not damaged by comparing the same file on another machine. Not sure if this file is involved with your issue but thought I would mention it.

Best of luck. joegz
