Outlook cannot start error - MAPI was unable to load PSTPRX.DLL

Hi All,

thanks for looking. i have just upgraded a copy of outlook from 2000 to 2002 but when i try to run the program an error message coms up:

"Cannot start microsoft outlook. the .DLL file for the information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly instyalled and configured"

i have completely removed outlook and re-installed it again but the problem persists.

can anyone offer any advice
