I have a user that creates meeting requests quite regularly. It doesnt matter who the meeting request is sent to but when it is accepted or declined a response is sent to two totally different users altogether. Any ideas why this is happening.

example

Say Director A sends a meeting request to Mr A. Mr A accepts the meeting an acceptance message is then sent Mr B and Mr C. It should just send to Director A. Confused!!!! I am ..

Always the same aye! You get stumped on a problem you try alsorts but fail then post here. Just after you post you have an idea and fix the damn problem. Sorry to waste your time.

For anyone else that has this problem.

Click Tools, Options, Delegates in Outlook and ensure the pesky tick box

"send meeting requests and responses only to my delegates, not to me."

is unticked. this will fix your problem

Again apologies for wasiting your time!!!

Cheers
;)
