I have a growing number of people that are complaining of appointments going missing / not showing. The set up is Exchange 2000, SP3, on windows 2k server Sp3,clients are currenly majority Outlook 98
Why is this happening? What can I do to stop it happening? If I remove local ost file and restart outlook it seems to be ok, although some appointments are still missing even though we have not configured Offline folders. This is brought to a head as senior people are finding themsleves double booked for meetings and are getting quite upset
