Outlook calendar views

Is there a way I can prevent users from seeing the grid and pop up information of each others calendars? We want them to be able to view the free busy but not the meeting detail, either in the grid or by pop up.

Personally I think it's silly but we had one very vocal user complain and it has become a huge issue we need to resolve.

Thanks however we are looking for a global fix. I thought the same thing but the power that be want us to hide this for everyone.

Hi, not sure if this tool will go as far as you need but it allowed me make everyones calender go from No Access to 'read-only' for all users without having to go into each persons account.
