Outlook calendar synch

Hi,
I use my Palm Tungsten E for both work and personal planning. Therefore I synch it with my home calendar and my work one (separate PCs and separate Outlook installs). What I would like to do is to only synch my work entries as currently when I synch at work my home calendar also uploads.

Is it possible to only synch non-private calendar entries ?
Thanks for any help!

One minor change to the posting...I have a Tungsten T3 not an E.
