Outlook Calendar Sync

Using ACT! Premium for Workgroups 2007 (9.0) (EX Edition) Version 9.0.1.162, I'm trying to sync the ACT! calendar with my Outlook calendar. However, when I attempt to sync, it does nothing. It looks like it is working, even gives me a status bar and the log says everything worked without a glitch, however when I look in Outlook, nothing happens. This is happening on two separate computers and I tried Outlook 2003 and 2007.

At first, it worked randomly on one computer. Seems it would sync only when the planets aligned in a certain way. (Never would sync with the Scheduler). But now, it doesn't sync at all.

What am I doing wrong?
 
First, I'd add Hotfix 3 - it fixes a few things with the Outlook integration.

Then, check after trying to sync if there is anything in the Windows Event Log

No dice. I applied the hotfix, and it only broke my ACT! Scheduler. Manually updating the activities only leaves a blank calendar. Any more ideas?
