Outlook Calendar sharing

I'm running Small Business Server 2002. Thought I could have a single Calendar available on the Server and let all of workstations see it...is this possible?

When I choose the Calendar sharing it states that Exchange Server is not available...

One calendar is main and everyone needs to see it but doesn't need access to edit it...can this be done???

Help!
