Outlook Calendar Scheduling Time Zone Problem

I have users in EST and CST time zones. They share calendars. When someone in the EST time zone schedules a meeting that includes a user in CST time zone, Outlook does not adjust the time. Example:
Jane schedules a meeting from her EST time zone to a user in CST time Zone for 2:00 PM EST it shows up on the CST user as 2:00 PM instead of 1:00 CST (adjusted for time zone difference). Any one know how to fix this problem or is it just a MS problem that has not be addressed as of yet?
