Outlook Calendar Reminder Not Working

Hi ppl,

I have a user that is unable to get their calendar reminders to pop-up. If they log into OWA all the reminders show. I am going to have the user run the cleanfreebusy, but has anyone else experienced this just incase the switch does not work?

i am hoping to avoind a uninstall/reinstall.

I've only seen this once and I'm pretty sure that cleanfreebusy fixed it with no problems.
