A secretary here at my job has been given permission to see and edit the calendar of one of the professors that she works for. He has not been given permission to see her calendar, but all of a sudden entries from her calendar are showing up on his. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this might be happening now? We would be most grateful.

Thanks

Even if she does have permissions calendar data does not comingle with other calendars just because they have permissions to access. Data actually needs to manually entered or imported for appoiments on the calendar to comingle

Is she sure she has been editing the correct calendar? Any PDA's being used?

sounds like she has delegate permissions which copy her into meeting requests.

check delegate permissions. There should be a check box for handling meeting requests.

hope this helps
