I have a user that whenever she sends a meeting invitation to another person or sets up a personal appointment/meeting one paticular person, Person B, will always receive an invitation. Person B is never invited and is not set up as a deligate. I have also verified that there are no rules set up, which aren't. We are using Outlook 2k3 with Exchange 2k3. The only variable is the person seting up the meeting has a pocket PC that she synchronizes daily. I was not able to find anything on her pocket PC that refers to Person B.
