Outlook Calendar Error

I use Outlook 2003.

When I drag an appointment into the 'Mail' tab on the left an error appears:

and then once closed Outlook restarts. It doesn't do this everytime which is whats fustrating me.

Can anybody help me with this? If you need more information then let me know.
