Outlook Calendar duplication

Hi Techies,
After syncronizing my Outlook 2002 with my Pocket PC, all appointments got duplicated. How do I delete those redundant appointments without doing it manually(1-by-1)? I have no backup, and am afraid that if I delete all on the PC Outlook, the next time I sync - my PocketPC would have nothing inside too? Please help!
