If you share your calendar and give a user, such as a PA to add appointments for you, how can you get outlook to notify you that a new appointment has ben created in your calendar? I know how to do it with a public folder and via appointments being sent from else where, but when they do not arrive via the inbox and are added directly, what to do then?
