OUTLOOK calander authority problem 1

I have a Director that wishes to share the content of his calender with three secretarys. When the secretary looks at his calender all she sees is the appointments in which other people have been invited. His personal ones are not shown. Is there way of turning off Private appointments and public ones. He may have this set by accident.

When your director was setting his delegates up he didn't tick the 'delegate can see my private emails' option at the bottom of the page.
