Outlook cache mode

How can i can configure Outlook 2003 and 2007 to let additional mailboxes also run in cache mode and not online mode?

First, tell us how the accounts are configured. One each in a separate profile? One primary account and others added all in one single profile?

No. You cache just the primary account.
