Outlook blocking attachments

Outlook has blocked potentially unsafe attachments. How do I get it to let them through?

smah: that looks like it would work but when I tried it it locked up outlook. I'll take a closer look later when I can have the computer down for a while. (removing the key and rebooting the computer got me back working again but my heart skipped a beat when it first locked up.)

What version of outlook & what 'looks like it would work'? You might have problems if you try to use an approach that was not intended for your version.

What TYPE of attachments?

Outlook 2003 have not tried it yet so, as I said it looks like it might work but I need to study the document. Files blocked are mbd and exe. These are from trusted sources within the organization. This is just a nusance since we have a shared network drive.
