Hi,
I'm looking for a method (outlook xp) to automatically create contacts (in a personal folder) from incoming emails. I know that by manually copying a single email from an email folder into a contacts folder will create a contact (with the email body in the notes field) but creating a rule to do the same 'breaks' the contacts folder by keeping the new record as an email rather than as a contact.
Also, ideally, I do not want the notes field to contain the email body (to save space) and to also check for dedupes as new ones are added.
I've been playing with this but cannot find a way to do this. Any ideas very welcome.
Thanks
