I've very recently learned how to automatically color-code my calendar entries in MS Outlook using the "Automatic Formatting" facility, so I can now see at a glance for example whether an appointment is marked as urgent or lasts longer than two hours, and things like that.

If possible, I'd like to include a condition that highlights ALL the entries in any day if the TOTAL amount of time logged on that day (regardless of the actual number of individual appointments) falls below 7.5 hours. Does anyone know if that can be done? And if so, how?

Many thanks for any help offered.
