Outlook automatic business card attachment

When I automatically attach a business card to my E/mail, the full information is not displayed on the business card attachment. The contact folder has the complete information.How can I get the attachment to display all the information?
 
It displays the info from your exchange server account not from your contacts. Fill out the info for your account on the exchange server. Or Pick the Fax one from your contacts list and all of the info will be there.

 
I appologize as this isn't a solution - but another question. How did you set it to automatically attach your contact information? Thanks!
