Outlook attachment problem

hi,

Im having a problem with Outlook. Any time someone from AOL sends me an attachment I am unable to open it and it give me the following error: The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your system administrator.

I tried clearing our my cache in the option menu but that didnt help.

Any ideas would be great thanks!

how about renaming the cache? It should be a ???cache.dsk file

Are you trying to open it within the email or are you saving it somewhere else before opening it?

I am trying to open it within the email by clicking on the attachment icon.

If you save it to the hard drive and then open it will it open OK?

No I can't. Another thing that happens is if I send the attachment that I can't open to another person with outlook and then they send it back to me I am able to open it.
