Outlook Attachment Options

Hi Everyone

Apologies for the slightly OT but Im sure someone in this forum must have stumbled across this.
We have a user complaining about Outlook when trying to open Zip files - it only gives her the option to save and not to open directly.
The same is true for my Outlook with PDF files.
Where is this setting? The user is using Outlook 2003 with SP1.
I have tried using the Outlook Level1Remove registry key but this makes no differen.

Your problem is not that the attachment types are blocked but rather that there is no Associators Class registered for these file types.
