Hi all,
Maybe someone here can help me. I've searched and searched and have not found a solution to this.
When my co-worker opens up an attachment in his email and goes to print it, the Windows XP built-in picture & fax viewer comes up and everything is fine. Until you get to that "thumbnail" page to hit next. It just freezes because it's trying to load like 1200 pictures and thumbnail them!
We cannot find these pictures? Is there anyway to prevent the thumbnail preview in Windows XP picture viewer? I know we can change the pics to open with something else, but for the way we handle attachments in the office they prefer that viewer (not too computer literate lol).
Is there some type of cache to clear? Outlook cache of pics? Is it pulling up every single picture in his Outlook OST or mailbox? Everyone is running XP Pro SP2, Outlook 2003, with Exchange 2000 server. Does this in real-time and "cached-mode" on Outlook 2003.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
