Greetings Everyone,

We are running Windows NT Server sp6. We are running Exchange 5.5 sp4.

My problem is that on 1 persons e-mail. When she opens her outlook everything is fine. As she starts to go through her e-mails. (SPAM and JUNK Mail) to delete them she gets prompted with a Windows NT Dialog box asking for her username , Password and Domain.

I can't figure out why. No one else is having this problem. I have opend her e-mails from my computer and did not get prompted for user information.

I sent her e-mails to other employees to see if it would ask them and it didnt.

She has been working here for years and now this all the sudden. I have reimaged another machine and gave it to her. It seemed fine for a few days then boomb.. It started to pop up again.

I have changed her password which seemed to work for a day and then it started poping up again.

She is running windows 2000 with office 2000.

Any Ideas..
