Outlook asking for paswords

I have several users who are being prompted for passowrds when opening Outlook. The problem here is that they are already logged into the domain which requires the same username and password for both the email acct. and the domain acct. Normally when opening Outlook they are not prompted fow a password it just opens right up. Any help would be greatley appreciated.

2 choices. They are locked out (unlikely). More likely is tools accounts, change, properties advanced. (this depends on the version). In there it should be set to NT authentication rather than none. This will send the domain logon details rather than prompting for a logon.

Thanks for the suggestion, however this doesn't work as the user is asked for a password when they try to make changes. It looks like the problem is related to our PIX.

Yes, I do. Today our internet and PIX seem to be fine however outllok is still asking for passwords.
