Outlook ask for Live account when attaching a picture file

On one of my computer, recently Outlook 2003 asked for me to login to a Windows Live account whenever for the first time I am inserting a jpeg to an email I am composing. This does not happen to me on other PC althhough I am attacing the same file. I never had a Windows Live account and we use Exchange 2003 for our outlook account. Does anybody there had the same issues that I am having - please let me know
if you had a fix. - thanks
