Outlook as default email

How do I tell my PC that anytime I click on EMAIL I want to use OUTLOOK email.

Currently my internal apps open Outlook Express...but I go to uninstall Outlook Express...I am told Outlook may not work.

I assume you mean the email button in IE. In which case it is TOOLS, options, programs and change the email option there. You should have a drop down list box which has Express and Outlook.

I did this in IE.
I even changed it to Eudora (that worked).
Then changed it back to Outlook.
I still get outlook express.
