Hi there, I am not sure if this is a stupid question or not. I am very familiar with MS Office until you start getting into programming with VBA. I have no clue what the capabilities are. I need a contact manager like ACT but I don't want to buy more software when MS Office can handle a lot of my needs. I could create a contact management system with Access, but I really like the calendaring system in Outlook and I don't want to use both if I don't have to. I am just looking for some ideas. Can outlook be programmed to be more of a contact manager. I would really like to be able to pull up a contact and see the history of letters, calls and appointments. Even a clever workaround wound be great. Or can Outlook and Access be used together to solve this issue? Any ideas?

Thanks Dawn

Ok, now I feel even stupider :) Just moments after posting I investigated further and realized that Outlook allows you to track contact information, emails, calls, notes etc. I just had to check the help menu. Please disregard this message and don't laugh at me too much. Dawn :)
