outlook archiving problems

I have a user (Director) who has set up autoarchiving to his hard drive and currently has a 1.6gb archive going back 4 years. The hard drive is accessible but on its last legs. I want to copy this onto a dvd/or a server hard drive for him but he still wants to be able to see these items in his outlook list. How do I change the location this archive folder points to instead of the current c: drive?

Should be pretty simple.

Map a drive to where the .pst file is, click file / open / outlook data file, and find the .pst file.
