Outlook Anywhere - "Outlook Must Be Online Or Connected to Complete.."

Hello all,

Am using Outlook Anywhere for quite a few people and we are now running into to issues whereby when trying to print or set the Out Of Office Assistant the user receives the message:

"Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action"

But they are already connected and the icon shows this so really perplexed as to whats going on?

Any help most appreciated.

I've seen AutoDiscover cause the OOF problem. Let's make sure that the settings AutoDiscover is handing out are correct.

When Outlook 2007 is running on a client, check the Autodiscover settings by holding down Control and right-clicking the Outlook icon in the systray. Then choose the Test EMail Autoconfiguration and run only the AutoDiscover test. Paste your results here, replacing the domain name if you want to, and we'll see if there's anything wrong with the URLs that OOF needs.
