Outlook Annoying Message ! 2

Dear All :
I installed a personal Certificate on my outlook client and when I am trying to digitally sign any email I got the
annoying message :
Signing Data with your Private Exchange Key!
An Application is requesting access to a protected item.

The certificate was imported with strong private key protection. To resolve this double click on your pfx file to launch the certificate import wizard, then when you’re asked to enter the certificate password, make sure “enable strong private key protection” is unchecked (this may have been checked by default due to a group policy). After completing the wizard, your problem should be solved.
