Outlook and server connection issues

Hello,

We are having problems on one of our computers getting email from the server to the computer.

We have 5 computers and a server, the server goes out to a pop3 account every 15 mins to collect the email, the computers should be connected to the server all the time to collect the email from it.

This works fine on all but one computers. This computers outlook doesn't connect tot the server so you have to press send and recieve to recieve emails. The computer is connected to the server in every other way, it can get onto the internet, see the shared drive and all that.

Any help on this would be very helpfull

Are all clients running the same OS?

This is a setting problem and most likely an OL setting. Check all settings (print them if possible crtl-prtscrn will copy the screen and you can paste this into word or?) on a client that is functioning and compare these to the offending machine.
