Strange Problem...
Just converted from Lotus Notes to Exchange 2000. Migrating 1600 users over time. Some users still on LN and some on Outlook. The problem is that sometimes some users in Outlook receive email from LN users and it shows up in different languages. Sometimes its Chinese characters, sometimes Arabic characters. The interesting thing is that when viewed in OWA, sometimes, the fonts correct themselves. I thought maybe HTML related, but none of the problems are consistent.
Please advise.
