I just finished setting up my first sendmail server running on redhat 7.2. Everything seems to be running well; I can send and receive directly from the host machine usin "helo", added users, aliases, domains and all that stuff. On a pc with outlook or aoutlook express, I keep getting errors about "the incoming mail server have been found, but there is no response from server. Occasionaly, and very rarely, the tests go through, and all sending and receiving works fine, but most of the time it does not.
Please, I am getting dizzy trying to figure this out, any ideas on what I should be doing? Or what am I doing wrong.
