Could anyone help me with this isse.
I have an Office 365 business account which is attached to Outlook. We also have other accounts such as accounts@email.com, sales@email.com that we can view the emails that do come into these mail boxes. We dont want customers having our own personnel email account so we send emails on behalf of these email addresses. This did work fine until I had to remove outlook and reinstall it.
I can see the emails come into these accounts but I cannot send emails from these accounts the email gets stuck in the outbox?
I have noticed,
• If I send an email from my own email account it sends.
• If I reply from an email from a different account "Accounts@email.com" it seems to go out showing from Accounts@email.com.
• If I forward and email from Accounts@email.com to another email it seems to go out fine?
any suggestions would be great.
